Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of the Fati Score app and website. By installing, opening or continuing to use the product you confirm that you have read them and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the app or site.

2. The service

Fati Score provides an interface to follow live, finished and upcoming matches, news, tables, scorers, transfers, and club, player and coach pages where sources allow. This version is free and does not sell an in-app subscription.

3. Limited licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices in line with these terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or abuse the app or its interfaces except where the law expressly allows it.

4. Acceptable use

Use is for personal, non-commercial sports following unless we agree otherwise in writing. You must not attack or overload servers, attempt unauthorised access, post unlawful content, impersonate others, or harvest data through abusive automation.

5. Accuracy

Scores, clocks, lineups, stats, news and transfers are shown as received from sports sources. Delay, mismatch, gaps or errors can happen, especially during live matches or network issues. Do not rely on the app alone for financial, betting or official decisions. Fati Score is an information tool, not a referee, league or federation.

6. Third-party rights

Club, national-team and competition names, crests, photos and trademarks belong to their owners. They appear only to identify matches and tournaments and do not imply sponsorship, partnership or official endorsement unless we say so.

7. Our rights

The interface design, structure, original copy and the Fati Score name belong to the project. You may not use the name in a way that suggests you publish or represent the app without permission.

8. Availability

We may pause the service for maintenance, updates, or faults at sources or on the network. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Ending use

You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. We may restrict access if these terms are broken or if we can no longer run the service lawfully or technically.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunity, or decisions made on the basis of a score or story shown in the app. Where the law allows, any total liability is limited to proven direct loss, capped at what you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim (zero if this version is free).

11. Law

These terms are interpreted under the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Try to resolve disputes first by writing to hello@fatiscore.com.

12. General

If one clause is invalid the rest still apply. These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the full agreement on use of the app and site.

تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدام تطبيق وموقع Fati Score. بالتحميل أو الفتح أو الاستمرار فإنك توافق عليها. إن لم توافق فلا تستخدم الخدمة.

2. الخدمة

واجهة لمتابعة المباريات والأخبار والترتيب والهدافين والانتقالات والصفحات المرتبطة. هذه النسخة مجانية بلا اشتراك داخل التطبيق.

3. الترخيص

ترخيص شخصي غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل. لا نسخ أو إعادة بيع أو تفكيك إلا في حدود القانون.

4. الاستخدام المسموح

متابعة رياضية شخصية غير تجارية. يُمنع الهجوم على الخوادم أو الاختراق أو جمع البيانات آلياً بشكل مسيء.

5. الدقة

النتائج كما تصل من المصادر وقد تتأخر. لا تعتمد عليها وحدها لقرارات مالية أو رهانات. التطبيق أداة إعلامية وليس اتحاداً رسمياً.

6. حقوق الغير

الأسماء والشعارات تخص أصحابها وتظهر للتعريف فقط دون رعاية رسمية.

7. حقوقنا

التصميم والنصوص واسم Fati Score تخص المشروع.

8. التوفر

قد تتوقف الخدمة للصيانة أو خلل المصادر. لا ضمان بلا انقطاع.

9. الإنهاء

يمكنك الحذف في أي وقت. يجوز تقييد الوصول عند خرق الشروط.

10. المسؤولية

الخدمة «كما هي». في حدود القانون لا نتحمل خسائر غير مباشرة. أي سقف للمسؤولية لا يتجاوز ما دفعته خلال سنة (صفر إن كانت مجانية).

11. القانون

وفق القواعد الآمرة في بلد إقامتك. حاول الحل أولاً عبر hello@fatiscore.com.

12. أحكام عامة

بطلان بند لا يبطل الباقي. هذه الشروط مع سياسة الخصوصية تشكّل الاتفاق الكامل.

2. Service

Suivi des matchs, actus, classements, buteurs et transferts. Version gratuite, sans abonnement intégré.

3. Licence

Licence personnelle, non exclusive, non cessible. Pas de copie, revente ou abus hors ce que la loi autorise.

4. Usage

Usage personnel non commercial. Interdits : attaques, accès non autorisé, collecte automatisée abusive.

5. Exactitude

Données affichées telles que reçues. Ne basez pas de décision financière ou de pari sur l’app seule.

Partidos, noticias, clasificaciones, goleadores y fichajes. Versión gratuita, sin suscripción interna.

3. Licencia

Licencia personal, no exclusiva e intransferible. Sin copia, reventa ni abuso salvo lo que permita la ley.

4. Uso

Uso personal no comercial. Prohibido atacar servidores, acceder sin autorización o extraer datos de forma abusiva.

5. Exactitud

Los datos se muestran tal como llegan. No bases apuestas ni decisiones financieras solo en la app.
